Perry Rhoades is the son of Sir Jon and Miss Sonny. He is from the planet Cygnus, specifically the town of Suburbia. He has a big heart and is very compassionate towards his friends and lovers, and is also something of a scientist and inventor, earning the title of "Master Builder", and is also the owner of Rhoades Instruments. Perry is the reincarnated soul of Rael Ommandeer, and sometime after the events of the story he finds his way to Earth where he publishes his adventures in the form of a radio serial titled Spectral Shadows.
